Want to donate some of your old uniform?
Our new Nearly New Uniform Policy is to take donations only. We will price the items according to demand and condition, and to ensure that parents can directly take advantage of the lower prices.
All the money raised will go to the PA to fund wish list items for the benefit of all students.
How do I donate?
We collect donations periodically (date/time of when donations can be made will be communicated separately). We ask that donations are labelled with the details of the items and left at Hinchley Wood playing fields in a carrier bag.
All items must be on the most up-to-date uniform list, clean and in a condition fit for resale*.
*Please note: Any items considered inappropriate for sale, for example if they are too worn out/scruffy, have holes in them, are dirty or are not on the current uniform list, will automatically be sent to textile recycling or given to charity. The same applies for any items that have not been sold for 2 years.
The storage unit for the uniform sales is locked up between the sales so unfortunately it is not possible to make individual requests for items. You need to come to one of the sales.
